How your information is used
This covers zenoperations.com and its sites: Zen Founders (founders.zenoperations.com), Deb Stevenson (debstevenson.zenoperations.com) and Zen Operations for local businesses (localbusiness.zenoperations.com). They are run by Deb Stevenson, trading as Zen Operations. If you have any questions, email hello@zenoperations.com.
When you get in touch
If you fill in a form, I get your name, email and anything else you choose to tell me. The forms are handled by Formspree, which passes your message on to me by email. I only use it to reply to you and to work with you if we go ahead, and I don't sell it or share it for marketing.
I keep enquiries for as long as they're useful, and for clients I keep records for as long as the law says I need to (usually six years for business records).
Analytics cookies
With your permission, these sites use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use and how they found them. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) and collects things like your rough location, device, browser and the pages you view. It doesn't tell me who you are, and none of it is used for advertising.
Nothing loads until you choose Accept. Your choice is saved in a small cookie called zen_consent for six months, and it applies across all the sites listed above.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Just email hello@zenoperations.com. If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
