Hi, I'm Deb.
I've been in operations for over twenty years and I've had plenty of mistakes, failures and successes along the way. Honestly, that's where most of what I know comes from.
How I got here
Before all this I had a long corporate career in commercial and operational roles, with a finance background underneath it. So when I look at a business I'm looking at how the work flows and what it costs at the same time.
I took some time out when my girls were little so I could be with them and get our life without school off to the best start. Now that's settled, I'm back in building mode.
Me, the team and the tools
I've got a great team of real people behind me, plus a growing army of AI allies that take the repetitive work off all of us.
I keep the number of clients small so each one gets proper attention, and I'd rather be in a few businesses for years than dip in and out of lots of them.
